The Polysys Balanced Scorecard is an important management instrument for the company, and is similar to the instrument panel of a cockpit: It indicates whether the company is running in the green, yellow or red area.

On the basis of our many years of experience with ISO standards and assessments (EFQM und SQS), as well as many successfully passed SQS and Customer Audits, Polysys has set up its own Management System, specifically for our field of activity: The PQM, Polysys Quality Management. This system integrates all the facets and requirements of the ISO-9001 standard and the components from ISO-9004 / 14001.
